Seating Policy

Tanks Seating Policy

If a patron with mobility issues or special requirements would like to attend a Tanks event, please alert the box office team at Ticketlink at the time of booking tickets. Ticketlink can be contacted via phone at 1300 855 835.

Ticketlink will in turn pass the requirements onto Tanks and the patron will be accommodated on the night of the concert, if at all possible.

Fully Seated Event

At the patrons request, Tanks will ensure that a reserved seat can be placed for any special needs e.g. close access to the toilet, visually impaired to be close to the stage.

Seated/ Standing Event

At the patrons request, Tanks will ensure that the customer will have access to a seat.

Fully Standing Event

At the patrons request, Tanks will try to ensure that the customer has access to a stool (with backs and foot bar). These are placed next to the lighting desk for safety and view of the stage.

Low chairs cannot be placed in a fully standing room concert for safety reasons of being bumped or knocked over.

There is nowhere a low chair can be placed that will give a view of the stage.

Standing only shows are put on for two reasons:

  1. For some acts, if the concert was fully or partially seated, the capacity must be lowered and the ticket sales would not cover the cost of booking the band so they would not perform at all.
  2. At the request of the performers
